The breakfast was good, close to supermarket. ENJOYED rooftop pool with beach umbrellas. Would choose again. Rooms could be cleaner than photos depicted.

staying at Hyatt Place Wasl District Residences was a delightful experience. the staff was incredibly caring and attentive - from the warm welcome at check-in to the complimentary birthday cake for my daughter. the spacious and clean 2 BR apartment was perfect for my family. the breakfast was delicious, and the Filipino staff members were particularly great. overall, a family-friendly hotel with top-notch service.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional, particularly the welcoming young lady in the yellow shirt who provided excellent service even before we checked into our room. The room we stayed in was luxurious and spacious, with a great view of the surrounding area. The Washer-Dryer in the kitchenette was a real lifesaver during our extended stay 👖. Although the initial room had some unpleasant odors, the attentive staff quickly addressed the issue, ensuring our comfort throughout our visit.

Overall, a wonderful experience that surpassed my previous stays at other hotels.

While the overall experience was outstanding, there are a couple of areas that could be improved upon. the variety of food options at the restaurant could be enhanced, providing guests with more choices for their meals.

The 2brm apartment was spacious with two great bathrooms and a separate toilet. Beds were comfortable and the location near Union metro station was convenient. The staff, especially Sasha & Faraj, Daram, and the Filipina lady from breakfast, were very accommodating. The free parking and quick check-in/out were also appreciated. The relaxation amenities like the rooftop pool and massage enhanced our stay, and the nearby landmarks like Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood and XVA Gallery provided great opportunities for family bonding.

clean and spacious studio apt near al gurair mall. lots of shops and restaurants open till late. they provided wheelchair for my mom and leyla at reception was so welcoming. they checked us in early and gave complementary breakfast.

We appreciated the walking distance to two metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the airport was a big advantage.

Two metro stations within walking distance and easy access to parking made it convenient to move around.

Enjoyed the spacious 2-bedroom apartment. Full board meal variety was good. Staff like Jude, Rasheed, and Jamil were very kind. Swimming pool reconstruction managed well with taxi service to another hotel. Location allowed exploration of lesser-known parts of Dubai like Al Mamzar beach. Staff and housekeeping were attentive.

The room was so comfortable with a cozy seating area and a kitchen for making quick snacks. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels was perfect for winding down after a day of exploring.

I personally found the bidet in the bathroom unnecessary, but I know some people might appreciate it.
